Support at Every Project Stage
Custom Fabrication
Most grating projects are not rectangles. Machines weld the standard panels; skilled manual welders — with 15+ years of experience — build the irregular, press-locked and heavy-duty custom work around them, all detailed from your drawings by our CAD technicians.

What we fabricate
- Irregular shapes: circular, fan-shaped, trapezoidal, notched and curved-edge panels
- Cut-outs for columns, pipes, vessel nozzles and cable trays, with full banding
- Toe plates / kick plates welded to platform edges
- Stair treads with nosing, end plates and project hole patterns
- Compound grating with checkered plate tops
- Hinged, removable and lockable covers with lifting features
Machine precision, manual skill
Three press-welding lines produce high-volume standard panels at consistent quality. Around them, manual welders with more than 15 years of experience handle what machines cannot: one-off irregular panels, heavy sections, press-locked style work and repairs to fit site conditions.
Two dedicated CAD detailing technicians convert your general arrangement drawings into fabrication-ready panel drawings, each panel numbered by area and installation sequence.
How a custom order runs
Send your drawings and requirements. We confirm specifications — span, load, material, finish — then detail panels, confirm the layout with you, produce, inspect, galvanize and pack in installation sequence. You receive fabrication drawings for approval before production starts.
